Kit Oil delivery pipe to the head, for intake valve

O realized the kit to increase the lubrication of the intake valve, pear or a high exhaust smoke and oil consumption, or all new valves that both the valve guide, if return to original without the flow of oil to the intake valve, does not smoke more, there are ways to make sure to remove the exhaust smoke with this kit, or even tried to strangle the arrival of oil through the through-holes 2mm, but continue to smoke.
Do you have any remedies
And excuse my English.

thanks

Hopefull I understand you right.
You have mounted the Kit to oiled between the intake valve and the rocker arms.
After this modifacition the oil blow mutch more from the exoust system. right?

My Impression is, the gap betwee the valve uns the valve guide is to big so the oil follow the way in
the combustion chamber.

The only way is, to overtake the valves and the valve guides.

kindest regards

Re: Kit Oil delivery pipe to the head, for intake valve

Had the same problem with my NF, oil consumtion was nearly 800ml per 1000km.
Valve guides needed replacement. I sent the cylinder head to MTS and they put in new valves with 8mm shaft and matching new valve guides, now my NF doas not smoke anymore and oil consumtion is not measuable. Also the 8mm valves are lighter, have lighter springs too and put less pressure on the camshaft, making the whole valve mechanism run less noisy.

O mounted all new valve guides both the valves, although the original 10 mm, could be a problem of nozzles on the oil pipe, now I'm with 3mm hole, if I'm going to decrease the pasaggio to 1mm, I'll have a good result on both the oil consumption on that smoke?

Re: Kit Oil delivery pipe to the head, for intake valve

I put in a 0,35mm idle jet from a moped carburetor into the screw, that holds the pipe to the intake valve plug, less diameter would be even better! Just one drop in a second would be more than enough!

Problem is not the direct oil flow to the intake valve, but the oil level in the cylinder head, the whole exhaust valve rear end is submerged in oil.
